World Star Aviation buys 30 B737-400Fs

Aircraft leasing company World Star Aviation has completed the purchase of 30 Boeing 737-400F aircraft with leases attached.

The aircraft portfolio is spread across 10 lessees in 12 countries worldwide, said World Star Aviation in a LinkedIn post.

It added: “This new acquisition reinforces the continued strategy of expanding and diversifying our global freighter franchise in partnership with Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. We at World Star Aviation are excited to work with and support our new lessees going forward.”

World Star Aviation manages, buys, sells, and leases commercial aircraft for the international aviation industry.

The company provides an in-house asset and investment management service. This covers aircraft analysis and investment structuring, plus complete lease servicing, aircraft marketing, and technical inspection roles.
