Changi cargo up 10.7% in August and on course for record year

Singapore Changi Airport registered a 10.7% increase in airfreight throughput to 180,590 tonnes in August, the eighth successive month of cargo throughput rises.
For the year to date, the Asian hub has handled just under 1.4m tonnes, a rise of 7.9% compared with the same eight month period of 2016.
