Dachser USA gains ISO status

Dachser USA has received ISO 9001:2015 status for its management system from DEKRA Certification.
The forwarder has also established the Dachser Management System (DMS) for contract logistics activities which gives customers a reliable indication it is committed to providing the highest level of customer service, it says.
President and chief executive, Frank Guenzerodt, explained: “We are very proud to have received this certification for the first time in company history and with highest recommendations from DEKRA. It is more important than ever that our standards are of the highest quality as we shift towards the management of complex supply chains.”
 Dachser adds that certification will also allow it to expand its focus on intricate industries such as automotive.
