Singapore-based freight network IFC8 has become the latest member of logistics network WCAworld.

WCAWorld said that by joining the organisation, IFC8 would have access to more than 12,000 member offices in 196 countries worldwide.

It would also enjoy enhanced financial protection and fees-free cross-border payment services.

WCA added IFC8 would be the only general freight network within the group to be headed by two females, joint directors Serene Kam and Rachel Tjong.

“The beauty of joining IFC8 is that we’re able to offer our members the dynamics of a close knit network that comes with the resources of the world’s most powerful network, WCAworld,” said Kam and Tjong.

IFC8 has 202 members across 68 countries.
