Gebrüder Weiss opens South Korea office

Global logistics firm Gebrüder Weiss has opened a new air & sea office in Seoul, South Korea, on June 1.

Gebrüder Weiss said it chose South Korea as a location for the new office to enable it to tap into the high-tech market.

The new facility, in which 15 members of staff will work, is one of 32 Gebrüder Weiss offices located in Asia.

Michael Zankel, regional manager East Asia at Gebrüder Weiss, commented: “Our goal is to grow with our customers and to apply uniform standards in our work around the globe.”

“Within Asia, but also with a view to our global supply chains, South Korea is an important component in this respect.”
