Honours across the board for Hactl and Kerry Logistics

Kerry Logistics and Hactl management have been recognised by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
Kerry Logistics’ board of directors and group managing director William Ma have been selected as winners in the Boards and the Executive Directors categories, respectively, in the listed companies (Hang Seng).
The judges commended the Kerry Logistics board’s integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Meanwhile, Hactl chief executive Mark Whitehead (see video) scooped the Executive Director of the year award for private companies.
The awards recognise outstanding boards and directors and promote good corporate governance and director professionalism.
