Memphis, US-based Mallory Alexander International Logistics has launched a myMALLORY app offering multimodal tracking and visibility.

It provides real–time, updates and notifications to authorised users for all shipments being managed by its operations team and allow them to make decisions on scheduling, warehousing and other variables while their cargo is still in transit.

It also provides industry news and contact details for branch offices.

Users can set preferences for viewing current and historical data as well as a range of app notifications from one shipment to all shipments in their supply chain.

Future updates will include order management capabilities and digital versions of documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists.

Mallory’s chief information officer, Terry Maready, said: “Customers are more tech–savvy and tech–demanding, and myMALLORY brings together the latest technology with our longstanding logistics expertise to meet their requirements in a mobile environment.”
