MIQ wins French Connection logistics deal

MIQ Logistics has scooped a five-year deal to provide inbound logistics services to fashion retailer French Connection.
The $40m deal sees MIQ provide inventory management and multimodal transport services from French Connections factories in Asia, India, Turkey, Romania and Poland to stores in Europe and North America and wholesalers in a further 50 countries.
The company has lead times as short as six weeks from order to store.
MIQ will also provide global visibility of all SKUs [products] and management of the primary 150,000 sq ft French Connection UK distribution centre in Purfleet, Essex.
MIQ Logistics UK managing director Andrew Martin said: “French Connection will benefit from the same enhanced security, control and visibility that our integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions provide other leading fashion brands.”
