EVA launches Pharmacare with Envirotainer

Taiwan-based EVA Air Cargo has launched a pharma service in collaboration with cool chain equipment supplier Envirotainer.
EVA Pharmacare will focus mainly on high value goods such as biologicals, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare products, high-end foodstuffs and high-tech semi-conductor components.
In a joint statement, the two partners said: “The first wave of the service launch will aim at the European and Asian markets, including Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna, Taipei, Bangkok, and Singapore.
The service will, from the beginning of June, extend to London-Heathrow and North America, including San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago.
It will use EVA Air’s extensive network of freighter and passenger bellyhold capacity.
