Aer Lingus Cargo to use Envirotainer cold chain containers

AER LINGUS has received approval from the Irish Aviation Authority to use Envirotainer ULDs with their heating, cooling and dry-ice technology capabilities.
Peter O’Neill, director of cargo at Aer Lingus, says of the global lease agreement: “With direct flights to San Francisco serviced by the wide-bodied A330 and Toronto (B757), we are now better placed to service Irish and US-based pharmaceuticals customers.”
