AirBridgeCargo appoints Globe Air Cargo as GSA

AIRBRIDGECargo Airlines has appointed Globe Air Cargo as its exclusive GSA partner in Poland.The new contract is effective from 1 January 2010 and will see Globe generating cargo in Poland connect with ABC’s Boeing 747 freighter services from its hub in Frankfurt. AirBridgeCargo currently operates 12 all-cargo flights a week from Frankfurt to Moscow and onward to major centres in Asia, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo.Heiner Sass (pictured), managing director of Globe, said: “AirBridgeCargo is rapidly expanding its Boeing 747 cargo fleet and network. In addition to its operations to prime destinations in Asia, its Moscow hub offers excellent on-forwarding opportunities to other points in Russia.
