American Airlines launch Chicago-Beijing service

AMERICAN Airlines has launched its first-ever direct services between Chicago and Beijing. Operating with a wide-bodied B777 aircraft, AA Cargo will be able to offer 150 metric tonnes of cargo capacity per week between the two cities.
AA Cargo will be represented in Beijing by its northern China GSA, Brilliant Jet Air Service under GSA station manager, Jingquan Guo.
“This new service is an exciting addition to our Asia network,” said Dave Brooks, president of American Airlines Cargo. “In addition to our new non-stop service between Beijing and Chicago, we also provide numerous opportunities beyond gateway across the US, Latin America and other parts of the world. We look forward to the dynamic development of business between Beijing and the many markets we serve throughout our worldwide network.”
