Charter broker ACS adds new US office

Air Charter Service (ACS) has opened a new office in Manhattan, its second operation in New York and sixth in North America.
The charter broker said that it had decided to open an office in Manhattan because of the number of clients it has in the area.
Chief executive Justin Bowman said: “We pride ourselves on personal service and having a base in the business district of the city has been on our list for a while now. In our industry meeting clients face-to-face is crucial to long-term relationships.

“The new operation is on Broadway, just a few blocks away from Times Square and will be headed up by the experienced Jason Brice who has worked in both our private jet and cargo divisions.
"The Long Island operation is our second largest office, after our headquarters in London, and Jason and his team are looking to build on current relationships, as well as developing the client base further.

“This is the first step in our major expansion plan, with many more offices to follow over the next 18 months.”
