French charter manager for Chapman Freeborn

Chapman Freeborn Airchartering has appointed David De Clercq as charter sales manager for France.
Based in Paris, he will help expand the cargo charter and on board courier client base, working the company’s existing team in Belgium.
De Clercq previously held positions at firms including CityJet, Flightcare and Jetairfly and was most recently a senior cargo charter account manager with a Paris-based charter company.
Chapman Freeborn regional manager, Chris Vandenplas, said: “Our cargo team in Belgium has been serving French clients for a number of years – but David’s excellent reputation and knowledge of the local charter market will help us to open new doors.”
Chapman Freeborn’s Belgian  office – which recently relocated from Ostend airport to Bruges –opened in 1997 and serves charter clients across the Benelux region and France.
