IT boost at Thai

THAI Airways has entered into IT deal to analyse its cargo management.
Bosses at Thai Cargo say their new IT system that will improve “service provision, competitiveness, and improve cargo operation management”. 
Pichai Chunganuwad, managing director of cargo at Thai says: “The new IT system will help the company to make analyses and marketing plans, select products that lead to the most profitability per flight, reduce work duplication, and increase competitiveness.  
“Most importantly, this IT solution will help create customer confidence and aid in meeting customer needs.”
The agreement between Thai Airways International and supplier Mercator was signed by Niruj Maneepun, THAI executive vice president of human resources and compliance, with Chunganuwad as witness.
