Servisair Cargo signs Kenya contract

UK-based Servisair Cargo has signed a multi-year agreement to provide cargo-handling services for Kenya Airways’ cargo at London Heathrow Airport (UK).

“We are pleased to welcome Kenya Airways to our facility at Building 521 in Heathrow, which has been re-opened in Autumn 2011 and remains one of the most advanced cargo-handling warehouses at the airport,” Mohammed Akhlaq, vice-president business development, Servisair Cargo comments.

At London Heathrow Kenya operates daily 777 flights directly serving Nairobi (Kenya). From Nairobi cargo is then transported to onward destinations on the Kenya Airways network throughout Africa.
