Servisair to handle Jets cargo in UK

SERVISAIR Cargo has won the cargo handling contract for Jet Airways at Heathrow, including trucking services throughout the UK and Ireland, effective from 1 December this year.

Speaking of the new multi-year contract, Mohammed Akhlaq, vice-president business development, Servisair Cargo, said: “We are pleased to welcome Jet Airways to our facility at Building 521 in Heathrow, which was purpose built in 2006 and remains one of the most advanced cargo-handling warehouses at the airport.”

Jay Shelat, vice-president cargo, Jet Airways, added: “London Heathrow is a key market for our business so it is important that we have a reliable service to best serve our customers.”
