Transaero cargo up by a quarter

RUSSIA’s second-largest passenger carrier has posted a 26.9 per cent boost in cargo carried during January 2012 against the same month last year.
Transaero transported 3,012 metric tonnes of cargo. Freight traffic totalled 0.281 billion RTK, an 18 per cent increase in comparison with the same period last year.
Transaero’s fleet consists of 75 aircraft and it has the largest long-haul fleet in Russia, the CIS and eastern Europe.
