Victory for Atlas and Polar pilots

ATLAS Air Worldwide Holdings (AAWH) has finalised a five-year agreement giving pilots and flight engineers at Atlas Air and Polar Air Cargo equal standing.

This means going forward all of the company’s pilots will be able to serve Atlas and Polar aircraft interchangeably.

“We achieved long-term labour stability under a contract framework rarely seen in the aviation industry that provides real value to our crewmembers, customers and stockholders,” AAWH chief operating officer John Dietrich said.
