Cargospot is the champ in Austria

Champ Cargosystems has signed Linz Airport in Austria for its ‘out-of-the-box’ Cargospot Handling IT solution.
Currently handling 46,000 tonnes per year, Linz is the second airport in Austria in terms of cargo throughput.
The country’s busiest gateway, Vienna International Airport, is already a user of the Cargospot system, which offers cargo management, community integration, compliance and freight forwarding solutions.
Linz Airport director, Gerhard Kunesch, said: “We are confident Champ will meet our needs for automation to further enhance operational efficiency. Operating around the clock, we needed a cost-effective and easy-to-implement solution that would help us manage our time-sensitive business.”
Champ vice president for sales and marketing Nicholas Xenocostas said: “We trust that our new client will be able to achieve their growth plans through the use of the broad functionalities available in Cargospot Handling, which is being used by more than 30 handling agents worldwide."
