Air Cargo Innovation Lab confirmed for November

The third edition of the Air Cargo Innovation Lab event has been confirmed for November 8 in Frankfurt.
The English-language conference brings together leading figures in the airfreight industry, representatives from transport logistics and innovative start-ups to discuss the latest industry trends.
“What comes next?” is a question that will explored at the event alongside the winners of this year’s German Aviation Innovation Award (IDL), while also providing insights into their pioneering inventions.
The IDL was awarded for the first time in 2016. It brings together the innovative power of companies and start-ups in the worlds of aviation, Industry 4.0 and the digital economy – with the goal of developing and promoting a new common understanding of where and how innovations in aviation will arise in the future.
The event is hosted by airport operator Fraport and its collaboration partners DVZ and Air Cargo News.
It will be presented by the managing director of Air Cargo News, Andy Salter, and the editor-in-chief of the DVV Media Group, Tim-Oliver Frische.
