Air Charter Service appoints new head of São Paulo cargo business

Air Charter Service has appointed Andre Rodrigues to head up the cargo division in the company’s São Paulo office.

Rodrigues brings more than 25 years’ aviation experience with him, having worked for a number of airlines, GSAs and other charter companies, arranging both cargo and passenger flights.
In one of his previous roles he helped develop the on board courier side of the business, worked on a lot of oil and gas projects and booked the first Antonov 225 flight into South America.
"I’m really looking forward to this new challenge and can’t wait to get started,” he said.

Air Charter Service chief executive Justin Bowman said: “Andre has the necessary drive and experience to help our Brazil office to reach the next stage. His personality and enthusiasm are infectious and we are looking forward to him driving the cargo side of the business in South America forward.”
