CH Robinson appoints new European operations director

CH Robinson Europe has named Nikolay Pargov as operations director, Europe transportation.
Pargov brings 13 years of experience to the role, which includes leading the region’s capacity teams.
He will also serve on the Europe leadership team, which is focused on growing the company’s presence in the region.
Pargov joins CH Robinson from DHL Global Forwarding, where until recently, he held the position of global head of ground operations.
Over the years, he also held various management roles within divisions of DHL in Bulgaria, South Africa and Germany.
Pargov will report to Jeroen Eijsink, President of Europe for CH Robinson, and will be based in the European Headquarters in Amsterdam.
“People and technology are the most important prerequisites for successful freight forwarding and transportation businesses. Their importance will only increase in the near future as supply chains continue to become more complex,” said Pargov.
“CH Robinson has smart people, innovative processes and a robust, global technology ecosystem and advancing those is at the very top of its strategic priorities.
