DHL agrees to $53m payout to settle US class action

On Tuesday December 22, Plaintiffs in Precision Associates Inc., et al. v. Panalpina World Transport (Holding) Ltd., et al. filed for preliminary approval of a settlement with DHL in which DHL agreed to pay $53m to settle claims that it participated in a price-fixing scheme with competitors.
