Iranians join forwarder group

Amadrah International Freight Forwarding has become the Iranian member of the WACO System forwarding group. Founded in 2011, the company runs operations out of Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport Cargo Terminal, and a port office in Bandar Abbas.
Waco System executive director Richard Charles described Iran as: “An interesting market with new opportunities.”
He predicted that Amadrah would “bring established local knowledge and expertise to our network.”
The forwarder offers airfreight, warehousing, customs clearance, multimodal freight transport, and packaging.
Managing director, Maziar Modjtahedi, said: “We are excited to be joining The WACO System and look forward to working with our fellow members.”
“We are focused on delivering customised supply chain solutions and pride ourselves on the personal touch.”
