Companies keen to be recognised at the prestigious Air Cargo News Awards have until Friday at 5pm (UK time) to submit their entries.

This year there are nine awards to enter, while a further six airline categories, including the Cargo Airline of the Year Award, are voted for by shippers and forwarders.

Any company of any size that conducts business in the international air cargo sector is eligible to enter the awards for free.

The nine categories to enter this year are:

★ Air Cargo Environment Award
★ Air Cargo Charter Project of the Year
★ Air Cargo Pharma Award
★ Best Freighter Operator
★ Cargo Hub of the Year
★ Ground Handler of the Year
★ GSSA of the Year
★ Innovation Award – Digital
★ Innovation Award – Product

More details on how to enter, criteria for each category and tips on entering can be found at www.aircargonewsawards.net.

For more tips, you can download our entry guide.

The shortlist will be announced in late July. Entries will be judged by a team of senior independent figures within the air cargo industry.

The awards are in their 39th year and celebrate companies that have invested in providing great customer service, operational excellence and innovative technologies.

The awards this year take place at the Hilton London Syon Park on Thursday October 12.

Last year, the awards ceremony was a sell-out with almost 250 air cargo executives attending.
