CargoAi appoints chief customer officer

Online booking portal CargoAi has appointed Magali Beauregard as chief customer officer.

Beauregard will take up the role on February 1 and has previously worked as head of commercial Asia Pacific at Lufthansa Cargo and senior account manager at Booking.com.

CargoAi chief executive Matthieu Petot said: “To head the customer department at CargoAi, we needed someone who had a highly pragmatic vision of customer needs.

“With the combination of her experience of SAAS (software as a service) platforms and her total understanding of air cargo, Magali fits the bill perfectly.
