Chapman Freeborn appoints senior VP of cargo for the Americas

Chapman Freeborn has appointed Jack Burt as senior vice president of cargo for the Americas, effective immediately. 

Burt has 15 years of experience in the international air cargo industry. Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he rejoins Chapman Freeborn having worked as senior cargo charter broker for the company in the past.

Having started his career in the air cargo industry at Lift Management, Burt has since held several senior positions at various companies in the sector, including AirX and Air Partner. 

As senior vice president of cargo for the Americas, Burt is leading a dedicated department of cargo specialists to further expand the company’s presence and drive growth plans for the Americas. He is also working on expanding the companies client and supplier base. 

Burt is also focusing on developing new business and market growth strategies for the region, and ensuring clients are matched with the most suitable aircraft type to meet their own unique air cargo needs for maximum productivity and streamlined service.
