dnata appoints Singapore managing director

Global air and travel services provider dnata has appointed Neo Su Yin as managing director in Singapore to oversee its ground handling and cargo operations at Changi Airport.

Su Yin brings with her extensive experience in senior executive roles across the aviation and logistics industries. Most recently, she was chief executive, Singapore at Singapore Post Ltd, a major postal and e-commerce logistics provider in Asia Pacific (APAC). 

Prior to joining Singapore Post, Su Yin was general manager at the Changi Airport Group (CAG), managing ground operations and customer experience within the terminals.

Before CAG, Su Yin had a military career with the Republic of Singapore Navy.

Su Yin’s appointment is effective immediately. She will manage a team of more than 1,500 employees and report to Charles Galloway, dnata’s regional chief executive for Asia Pacific. 

Galloway said: “We are delighted to welcome Su Yin to our APAC management team. With an impressive background in the logistics and aviation industries, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to dnata Singapore.

“Her leadership will play a key role in driving our efforts to further enhance our reputation for excellence in the industry. We look forward to working closely with Su Yin to deliver the promises our customers make.”

In the Asia Pacific region, dnata provides ground handling, cargo and catering services in Australia, Singapore and the Philippines.

Last month, dnata appointed Clive Sauvé-Hopkins as divisional senior vice president (DSVP), airport operations to oversee the company’s global ground handling and cargo business at 97 airports in 16 countries.
