Embraer has appointed Mark Neely to the position of vice president freighter, in its commercial aviation division.

He will report directly to Martyn Holmes, chief commercial officer, Embraer Commercial Aviation.

Neely boasts extensive experience in both the passenger and freighter markets and is set to lead the company’s growing focus on Passenger to Freighter (P2F) aircraft opportunities and market development.

Speaking about the appointment, Holmes said: “Mark’s appointment to this new role is a strategic move in line with our focus on developing our nascent freighter business.

“I’m very pleased that we will be navigating this exciting period of growth in the Passenger to Freighter space with his leadership. Mark’s wealth of experience, vision, and dedication are set to make a significant impact.”
