Röhlig appoints Jens Haas as national air freight manager in Germany

Jens Haas has been named by international logistics company Röhlig as national air freight manager for its business in Germany.
Based in the company’s Frankfurt office, he has been responsible for air freight business since September and also forms part of the management team of Röhlig Deutschland.
Haas is expected to expand this area of Röhlig’s operations and to develop airfreight products.
As part of its growth programme, Röhlig changed its organisational structure last year away from one that was defined by geography towards one based on products and functions.
“This new structure will enable Röhlig to develop new products more quickly and to respond more effectively to the global needs of its customers,” it noted.
Haas was previously head of airfreight for Schenker Deutschland.
