TIACA recruits two

The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has made two appointments – Warren Jones as director and Kenneth Gibson as business development manager.
Warren Jones, who was recently president of IATA’s cargo network services (CNS) arm, will be based at the Miami headquarters where he will develop the association’s sales activities and manage other aspects of its commercial development programs and operations.
Kenneth Gibson will support him in developing TIACA’s sales strategy and will be an important point of contact for members.
TIACA secretary general, Doug Brittin, said the new recruits’ extensive experience and industry knowledge “will be tremendous assets as we focus on our three pillars of advocacy, networking, and knowledge, and we are delighted they are joining the team.”
He added: “With so many new regulations and developments on the horizon in our industry, TIACA’s position as the only association representing and bringing together all sectors in the industry has never been more important.”
