Unilode appoints Jensen

ULD firm Unilode Aviation Solutions has appointed Joseph Jensen as managing director customer experience, starting in early March.
Jensen will be based in the US, report directly to chief executive BenoĆ®t Dumont and oversee the "customer centricity programme to improve the customer experience along the complete value chain", including support of Unilode’s digitalisation programme.
He has extensive experience in above wing, below wing, and cargo operations, starting at a US regional carrier in 2000 and has held successive leadership positions at United Airlines, US Airways, Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
