Venter to head DHL supply chain

Hendrik Venter

Hendrik Venter has been appointed as the new chief executive DHL Supply Chain for mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa, from October 1. He will succeed Oscar de Bok, who takes over as board member for DHL Supply Chain at Deutsche Post DHL Group.

Venter has held positions at DHL Supply Chain since 2009 and in 2015 was appointed chief executive Central Europe, adding Eastern Europe to his responsibilities in 2018.

In his new role, he will head the DHL Supply Chain business in 25 different country markets

He will also drive the standardization process at DHL Supply Chain and implement the Business Department’s innovation agenda.
