ACL gears up for Caspian Air Cargo Summit 2019

ACL Airshop has continued to add to its product portfolio as it builds towards next week’s Caspian Air Cargo Summit 2019 (October 7-9) in Baku, Azerbaijan, an event at which Air Cargo News will be present.

A Platinum Sponsor of the event, ACL Airshop offers air cargo ULD leasing, servicing, manufacturing, repairs, and specialised ULD logistics services.

At Air Cargo Europe, which took place in June, ACL Airshop announced its new mobile app: FindMyULD, which aggregates all of ACL Airshop’s ULD management services – from location and status accuracy to barcoding, ‘ULD Control’ logistics, and Bluetooth scanning and tracking – into one tool.

The app is free and will be demonstrated at the Caspian Air Cargo Summit.

Steve Townes, chairman of ACL Airshop and CEO of Ranger Airshop Holdings, commented: “We will be at the Caspian Summit to meet with many of our airlines clients.

“We will further explain our technology advances with sophisticated programs such as our proprietary ‘ULD Control’, plus the patented Bluetooth logistics and tracking systems, and now FindMyULD, all aimed at new levels of ULD fleet efficiency for air carriers.”

The organisers of Caspian Air Cargo Summit 2019 symposium say that it will be the largest and most comprehensive such airfreight event in the region.

This year’s symposium places special focus on innovation in logistics, the New Silk Road initiative, e-commerce, perishables and smart technologies.

With over 200 airlines clients, ACL Airshop delivers its services through more than 50 of the world’s 100 biggest cargo hub airports on six continents. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ranger Airshop Holdings, Inc.
