Ray Crane promoted to vice president of operations at Peli BioThermal

Ray Crane

Peli BioThermal has promoted Ray Crane to vice president of operations at the temperature-controlled packaging specialist.

Until this appointment, Crane served as director of operations, EMEA, at Peli Biothermal.

He brings many years of manufacturing operations, supply chain and engineering experience to his new role within the company.

David Williams, president of Peli BioThermal, said: “Crane continues to play a pivotal part as a member of the BioThermal division’s senior management team focusing on our global operations.

“Throughout his management career Crane’s focus has been on delivering the highest standards of product quality with excellent customer service levels. He continuously challenges and reduces costs, along with improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness through the development of individuals, teams and organisations.”

Before joining the BioThermal division, Crane served as director of operations for Peli Products. Prior to that, he held various operational leadership positions in a range of industries, including high volume disposable medical devices, plastic packaging for food industries and consumer electronics equipment.
