Where’s your parcel? Ask Alexa

Customers without a hand to spare can now interrogate Amazon’s digital smart speaker, Alexa to find out where their DHL parcel is.
Users can ask their Amazon Echo or Echo Dot smart speaker to give their shipment status
Michaela Lukas, who heads DHL Parcel’s private customer service says: “Voice enabled technologies, including hands-free interaction with online apps, will become more and more prevalent in the future.”
The new voice-controlled service will be enhanced later this year to include information on outlet locations, opening hours, products and prices.
