Peli BioThermal opens service centres in Basel and Berlin

Temperature-controlled packaging firm Peli BioThermal has opened service centres in Basel and Berlin to support the global pharmaceuticals business.
The Basel and Berlin service centres will enable global Peli BioThermal clients to receive and return reusable Credo packaging in the two cities, both important locations for pharmaceutical manufacturing and shipping.
The new facilities represent the latest move in the company’s “growing global expansion” programme designed to support its portfolio of Credo line of temperature-controlled packaging.
The service centres will also offer cleaning, refurbishment, repair and conditioning services for Credo shippers.
“To serve the needs of our global clients, we will continue to make significant investments in key locations worldwide,” said Kevin Lawler, vice president of sales at Peli BioThermal.
“These additional facilities in Europe will support Peli BioThermal’s industry-leading Credo line of reusable temperature-controlled shippers,” he continued, “adding to Peli BioThermal’s growing infrastructure of service centres, network stations and drop points, planned to exceed 100 sites by early 2019.
“These service centres will also support our rental programmes, such as Credo on Reserve and our Credo on Demand with locally available trained staff, available inventory of shippers and replacement parts.”
The two new sites add to Peli’s expanding network of service centres, network stations and rental drop-off points that are to be found across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
