One Question

Ben Dinsdale, assistant director, London Cargo, Air Charter Service (ACS), answers:
"I BELIEVE there is a real role for the specialist freight forwarder that only moves livestock, exotic animals, horses etc – because they are the people that put all the bits together and its where those links fall apart that you get the problems.
‘Making sure the animals are picked up on time, delivered on time and don’t have to wait around anywhere for too long is the difference between whether they arrive at their destination healthy or not.
‘The forwarder is hugely valuable in the [animal transportation supply] chain."
