The cargo handling scene has undergone tectonic shifts this summer, with tremors that have involved the largest players.
Dnata acquired Aviapartner’s handling operations at Amsterdam, HNA Group agreed to fork out a cool Sfr2.73bn for Swissport and Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) – itself the object of a takeover by an equity fund – bought a 51% stake in Fraport Cargo Services at Frankfurt.
