Globe Air Cargo Turkey signs exclusivity contract with EgyptAir Cargo

Globe Air Cargo Turkey (GAC TR), a Turkish subsidiary of the ECS Group, has signed an exclusivity contract with EgyptAir Cargo. From September, GAC TR will market the airline’s cargo.

The exclusivity contract is a step forwards for GAC TR, which has been recognised by EgyptAir Cargo as a preferred sales agent (PSA) since 2016.

Nursel Guven, managing director at GAC TR, commented: “To be chosen as the GSA for Egyptair and have the opportunity to continue serving them is very exciting – exciting to know that we can be a part of their continuous development.

“With the new GSA contract, we will have opportunities to cooperate with MS on new routes and projects, which will demand high levels of skill in project development and sales,” she added.

GAC TR, which was founded in 2015 and is based in Istanbul, Turkey, has seven employees and a diverse, growing portfolio of clients and partners.

In light of the exclusivity contract with EgyptAir Cargo, the ECS Group subsidiary aims to develop and secure freight opportunities for the airline, for both current and future destinations, as well as to using the partnership as a chance to increase recruitment and accelerate growth.
