United Airlines is pleased to announce the appointment of APG as its Cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) in Morocco, marking the seventh country where APG will represent United Cargo, following successful collaborations in six other nations.
This collaboration comes at an exciting time, as United Airlines prepares to launch a new direct cargo flight from Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK) to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), starting on October 25th. This new service will operate three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, aboard a Boeing 767 aircraft. Departing from Marrakesh at 12:20 PM and arriving in Newark at 4:25 PM, the route is set to enhance cargo connections between Morocco and the U.S.
The addition of APG as GSA in Morocco reinforces United’s commitment to providing comprehensive cargo solutions across key markets. APG’s local expertise and established relationship with United will help support cargo customers in Morocco, connecting them to a broader global network.
The collaboration will also launch with a limited-time promotional offer, providing competitive rates and reliable service on this new route.
“I am thrilled about United Airlines launching flights to Marrakesh and appointing APG as their GSA,” comments Iako Khomeriki, Cargo Director of APG Group. “Morocco is a key gateway to North Africa, offering tremendous opportunities for cargo connectivity and growth. This collaboration ensures strong market representation and top-tier service for our customers in the region.”
APG has +20 cargo offices in +15 countries in MEA and is continuing to further grow in the area.
