Netherlands-based consultancy Rotate, a member of the CargoTech group, will release its Sales Cockpit solution in November 2023.

Sales Cockpit digitalises data processes, freeing sales teams to focus on their core task. The tool offers an automated and data-driven way to provide commercial organisations with revenue opportunities, Cargotech outlined, describing Sales Cockpit as the digital equivalent of “an overeager analyst who continuously scans ever-changing market data and internal performance for new sales opportunities”.

Development of Sales Cockpit began in May 2023, in partnership with Etihad Cargo.

Custom-built algorithms analyse data to generate recommendations on how the carrier can strengthen its customer relationships by identifying win-win opportunities for Etihad and its customers.

Sales Cockpit will continue to undergo development based on customer feedback after its release to the market.

Cédric Millet, president of CargoTech, said: “CargoTech’s vision is crystal clear: become the go-to, one-stop-shop for digital transformation in the air cargo industry. All our members are established experts in their field, continuously enhance their core products and develop new ones.

“As we head into 2024, I predict an acceleration of the digital adoption with new products emerging that are the result of our members pooling their expertise and providing technological answers to the challenges the industry is facing. CargoTech is ready to take the air cargo industry to the next level in terms of digitalisation and is there to support it every step of the way.”

Besides Rotate, CargoTech’s other four member companies are ECS Group’s Cargo Digital Factory, Wiremind Cargo, CargoAi and CharterSync. The group offers bespoke digital solutions for every air cargo business process with the aim to increase efficiency, improve revenues or decrease costs.
