AirBridgeCargo see strong growth

RUSSIAN air carrier AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC), has reported a 55 per cent increase in year-on-year sales for the first 11 months of 2008 with revenues of US$423 million.
The airline achieved strong growth in October and November despite the challenging global economic conditions.
Despite difficult market conditions, ABC carried more than 24,000 tonnes of cargo in October and November, a rise of 11 per cent over the same two months in 2007.
For the period 1 January – 30 November, 2008, ABC achieved a 31 per cent increase in traffic to 121,000 tons of cargo carried, reflecting the airline’s effective business development and optimisation strategy.
