BAWC fuel surcharge

BRITISH Airways World Cargo has announced an increase to its fuel surcharge. The surcharge will be GBP0.87; €1.35 and US$1.35, effective 31 July.

The fuel surcharge increase follows a second consecutive week that the fuel index has been above the level 27 threshold.

“With the price of fuel continuing to escalate, it is necessary for us to increase our fuel surcharge, in line with the index,” said Adam Carson, senior manager revenue management, BAWC.
