Cargonaut and Traxon launch e-freight system

AS part of the e-freight initiative, Cargonaut International and Traxon Europe have jointly launched a web-based central document and message management system: eCargoPouch.Felix Keck, managing director of Traxon Europe, and Arno Hoitink, managing director of Cargonaut, formally signed the agreement in Frankfurt.“We are pooling our resources to speed up new e-freight product developments,” said Keck. “In addition, we try to stay abreast with changes in our industry, such as new demand in the areas of security, e-freight or environment and pressure on costs. Together we are much stronger.”“I am convinced that together we can more effectively develop and bring to market new e-freight products that accelerate productivity and performance of our customers. Economies of scale are also important in our industry,” said Hoitink“eCargo Pouch integrates with already existing processes and thus makes the implementation of e-freight much easier,” said Hoitink.
