Chapman Freeborn enters Romanian market

CHAPMAN Freeborn Airchartering is expanding its global network with a new operation in Romania.

The Bucharest-based team will work closely with Chapman Freeborn’s worldwide offices to establish a strong chartering presence in Romania and neighbouring Republic of Moldova.

The new venture will be headed by Hans Luca, who previously worked as a charter broker for Chapman Freeborn in Ostend, Belgium.
