Charter specialist buys airline

CHARTER firm, Tailwind International (US), acquires a carrier – including a fleet of 20 Falcon jets – to develop global operations.
The purchase of Texas-based, Cherry Air is part of the company’s expansion plan.
A Tailwind spokesperson states: “The jets are authorised to fly in and out of Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America and Mexico.”
