Dnata makes its move on UK

DUBAI-based Dnata has acquired two major UK ground and cargo handling operations in a deal worth £15 million.The Go-Ahead Group has agreed to sell the majority of its aviation handling and cargo operations in separate agreements with Dnata and Servisair.Robert Williams (pictured), managing director of Plane Handling, said: “Our management and employees enjoy the full confidence of our new shareholder and Dnata is eager to work with the current management team.”For the full story, see the latest issue of Air Cargo News, 18 December….
