Domodedovo airfreight uninterrupted

THE terrorist explosion at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport, the largest air cargo handling facility in Russia, on 24 January has not affected air cargo operations.

The explosion rocked the international arrivals hall killing 31 people and injuring 130. On 26 January Moscow will hold a day of mourning in respect of the victims of the apparent suicide bomb.

All incoming passenger flights to Moscow are currently being diverted to neighbouring airports such as Sheremetyevo. All outgoing flights have been suspended.
